Price changes in an hour

I tried to order pain meds for my older dog as in the time frame of 30 minutes I was given 4 very different prices. When I questioned them I was told that I should have taken a snapshots to prove it. After it was implied I lie I was offered the higher price item at their higher price but they could not sell me the other prescription because it was not allowed over the state line. I have never been told I had to prove I was telling the truth. I am appalled by their business ethics. I was a customer for many years but am no longer.

Dealt with employee Peggie…

Dealt with employee Peggie Barron-Pauldo who was very very helpful. It was like knew what I was about to ask and answered before I could do. Very informative. I needed an overnight delivery, she put me on a brief hold explaining why she needed to and was back within a min or 2 letting me know that it was all taken care of. Give this employee a raise!!

Failure of customer service, if you can call it that

My prescription needed renewal, during this time I had to let go of my male dog due to cancer. I called the company and they switched the quantity down to one dog and shipped it. All was fine until the charged me to double and shipped enough for two dogs. I had to explain that l had to put my dog down to 4 or 5 people, which was unpleasant to say the least.

The first person failed to update the quantity on auto ship.

The second person was just lazy and did not check to see if it had shipped and kept asking me was l sure they only sent me 60 instead of 120 pills. I offered to send a picture of the bottle but was declined.

The third person blamed it on the auto shipping and by then I just said cancel it. Over this span is had talked to 3 people before I was sent to another to close my account.

I again had to explain what happened and how I had to put down my little buddy. I told her to just cancel and stop taking my money and the pets plus or whatever needs to stop - it didn't even have a discount.

Chewy, which we bought treats from, sent flowers to us for our loss. You can bet I am going there, you should too.

Unhappy with recent customer service

I've been a very loyal customer of PCRX for 6 years, and purchase much of my prescription food and all of my medicines here.
Today I cancelled my account when, after four phone calls and almost an hour on the phone with them throughout the week (mostly due to them "forgetting" to return my calls as promised), a manager informed me that I'd gone into my account, and changed my auto ship address a few hours before the shipment was mailed. He said I'd redirected my order to my old address, which is 2,000 miles away from where we currently live…we have a tenant there now.
I attempted to explain over and over that my account had been hacked. I asked them to show evidence of the IP address used to make the changes—they claimed (verbatim) "we know it was you who made the changes." Would not provide proof. Would not refund the cost of the prescription food. Would not send me a return shipping label.
My favorite part was when a "supervisor" named Jessica said, "Oh, well if someone lives there, just have them mail it back to you, it's not a big deal." Apparently she doesn't know how much it costs to mail a 10 pound box when you don't have a national account with USPS. And apparently it's totally fine for me to *harrass* and bother my tenant with this idiocy.
I informed Jessica that the attitude I was encountering, and the insistence that I was lying, was extremely upsetting and if she wasn't going to do anything to help, I'd be cancelling my account. It's probably obvious at this point that she just kept repeating herself and so I went in and removed all forms of payment from my account, removed the shipping address, removed all auto shipments, removed all pet profiles, and will now be using my vet's online service.
To clarify, all of this was over a $45 order. They lost a very loyal customer who spends thousands every year (I have four dogs) because it was more important to them to…I don't know, be stubborn? Try to shame me? Whatever. It didn't work. And now I'm done with them.

Appreciate your Service…

Just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate PetCareRx service and incredibly fast turn around. I placed an order for cat food on 8/30 and received a shipping notice on 8/31 with shipment due to arrive 9/1. So many people only complain about service if it's not good, this is incredible and appreciated!

I spoke to Natalia in regards to suspending my auto shipment every 4 weeks. She was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. So far, all of my correspondence and services through PetCareRX have been superb.

BEWARE of Old, Deceitful Practice used to extort money from customers!

I innocently subscribed to PetCareRX to buy my 3 old rescue dogs' heartworm meds and my blind cat's eye antibiotic. After one year I thought I had FRAUD on my credit card when I was charged $439.95, so I closed it.
Then I got an email that my cat's repeating Rx was cancelled. When I called to ask why, I was told that the reason was that I had refused to pay the $439.95 "ANNUAL FEE"! When I expressed shock at this amount, the rep explained that my 1st years membership was a "Reduced fee" and that my 4 pets amounted to this "regular' annual fee! I told her that I believed this was a DECEITFUL practice, and I felt that a reputable company would not have to use such a TACTIC!

Great company

I spoke with Pamela regarding a couple issues. I had originally registered with an email address that is no longer valid. I also was ordering 2 boxes of Tri-heart which needs authorization from a vet, one box for each of 2 dogs. She processed my order and changed my email address very quickly, efficiently, and professionally. I have used this company for years without a single problem.

Professional and friendly service... way to run your company! Its truley appreciated!

Tanya Williams was the lady who had taken my call, so glad she did, I could not have chosen a more friendly professional "nonrobot " to speak with. Wish I had a review last year, thats why I just picked up box and ordered again this year I remember it was no hassel at all, same this time! In this time we are in I love hearing a human non call center sleepy person who could care less,. Very refreshing... Thank you all keep up the leadership! Have a wonderful day!

Yes, i just enrolled in the one year membership and cancelled all of my " credit and debit cards " still active on my account. They can't charge anything if your ' saved ' credit and debit cards are " deleted '. Since I do get prescription meds for my dogs on their site and I just joined, I'm keeping it for one year but they can't renew it if no cards are saved.

You have to call the 800 number listed on the site,. Be prepared to argue with the CSR. They don't care whether you want a refund or not. They will try to get you to purchase something else then leave snarky comments about you on your profile.
